Meredith is a part of our medication management team. She treats adolescents and adults and specializes in medication that helps with alleviation of symptoms and behaviors for people struggling with their mental health. She predominantly works in the Caldwell office, but is occasionally in Boise. She started her career in the nursing home setting but has worked the last 7 years in the hospital, with 5 of those years being in the trauma ICU at St. Alphonsus in Boise. Meredith believes that trauma plays a large part in people’s behaviors and that sometimes medication is needed to help deal and process their trauma.
In her free time, Meredith enjoys spending time with her husband and kids. They have three Yorkshire terriers, and she breeds her females. Her family loves raising puppies and making sure they find their furever homes. They also enjoy camping and spending time outdoors. Meredith’s favorite part about her job is being able to help others. Mental illness should be treated just as any other disease that someone suffers. You don’t have to suffer alone, there are options that may significantly improve your life.
