Matt earned his Bachelor's in Business Management from BYU. Matt is pursuing his Master's in Social Work from NNU.
As a Case Manager/CBRS, Matt enjoys working with our clients. Helping them reach their goals and providing them with support in gathering resources.
Matt's favorite part of the job is seeing clients grow and achieve their dreams.
When Matt isn't working or attending class, he can be found hiking with his family and pups.
Mason (all pronouns) earned a bachelor’s in social work from Boise State University.
As a licensed clinical social worker and case manager at our clinic, Mason’s work involves connecting clients to resources, advocating for the client’s needs and rights, and helping them navigate systems.
Mason works with individuals to build the skills and support network they need to achieve stability and accomplish goals. Mason utilizes an ecological perspective that takes all aspects of a client’s life into account when working toward goals.
Outside of work, Mason enjoys spending time with their family, friends, and community. They also enjoy painting, crocheting, and other arts and crafts.
Susan earned her bachelor's in history/political science from Arizona State University, as well as a master’s in curriculum and instruction from the University of California in Irvine.
Her job as a community-based provider focuses on connecting participants with resources that are available in the community to improve their quality of life. She works with a variety of people and enjoys helping them find doctors, housing, or programs that enrich their daily lives.
Jamie is a recent graduate from the University of Alaska Fairbanks’ School of Social Work, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree. She plans to continue her education by getting her master’s in social work.
Her role as a CM/CBRS worker is to guide and support clients in planning, managing, and implementing their needs to enhance their overall quality of life. This includes helping clients develop essential life skills, set and achieve personal goals, build social connections, manage finances, and work together towards greater independence and self-wellness.
During her spare time, Jamie enjoys cooking, going to concerts, and spending time with family.
Stephanie is a case manager/CBRS with a Master of Arts in criminal justice from Boise State University.
Stephanie works specifically with our Mental Health Court program to help clients reach community resources, build skills to be successful in their community, and graduate from the program.
Stephanie enjoys being able to see her clients improve and better themselves over time.
In her free time, Stephanie likes to spend time with her family, whether it be playing outdoors or simply watching movies together.
