 Amy Strub is a billing specialist with over 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has worked with various medical providers and insurance companies, ensuring accurate and timely billing and reimbursement. She is also familiar with the latest coding and compliance standards, such as ICD-10 and HIPAA. 

Amy is passionate about her work and strives to provide excellent service for HSI clients and staff. She is always eager to learn new skills and improve her knowledge of the billing process. 

When she is not working, Amy likes to play golf and spend time with her husband, Brian. She loves playing frisbee with their two dogs, Jax and Maddie. She also likes to bake, garden, and explore new places with her family.

 Madisyn Smith serves as the Mental Health Court Program Assistant where she plays a key role in supporting clients as they navigate both recovery and the legal system. She coordinates appointments, ensures compliance with program policies, and facilitates communication between clients, service providers, and legal professionals. 

She is currently pursuing a degree in Administrative Specialist with a Medical Emphasis at the College of Western Idaho. 

Outside of work, Madisyn enjoys watching basketball, spending time with her dogs, and traveling.

Abeer earned a bachelor's degree in health studies and a master's degree in public health with an emphasis in prevention and intervention from Boise State University. 

Abeer takes great pride in supporting individuals through person-centered, recovery-focused care. Whether assisting with community resources, developing life skills, or supporting clients in reaching personal goals, she is committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves. 

In her free time, Abeer enjoys hiking, experimenting with new recipes, and spending time with her family and close friends. She values the importance of maintaining balance and believes that small, intentional moments of connection contribute significantly to overall well-being. 

Abeer is passionate about advancing public health and reducing barriers to care. She is a strong advocate for empowerment, equity, and long-term wellness, both in her professional role and in the broader community. 

 Her preferred method of self-care is walking in nature, which helps her reflect, recharge, and stay grounded in her purpose.
